Free room service with excellent quality, delicious poolside food. Amazing views, comfy beds, efficient Wi-Fi. Friendly, attentive, and kind staff made the stay worth every penny. the restaurant, breakfast, and in-room dining were fantastic; the spa was top-notch. Impeccable service, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful infinity pool, and great gym facilities. Turkish restaurant offers excellent food, room maintained well with nightly treats.

The hotel's location was epic, just a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall and close to Burj Khalifa - ultimate Instagram spots! The rooms were sick, so spacious and clean. The staff were legends - they sorted us out when our bags went AWOL and made us feel like VIPs. Plus, the pool was mint for chilling and catching some sun.

We wished there was a cool outdoor party area with a DJ and some lit events to turn up with our squad.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel are incredible! the Spa and wellness centre is fabulous and I loved the full body massage, sauna and Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool is perfect for lounging in the sun with its comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the live entertainment in the leisure/TV room is the best and the special diet menus are very considerate. the private facilities are very distinguished and add to the overall luxurious experience.

There was a minor issue with the treatment room service. the hotel staff was friendly but not very efficient in this regard, as there was a long wait time for treatments such as the beauty treatment and waxing.

Fabulous service, stunning decor, and delicious meals at the hotel. Appreciated the early check-in and helpful staff for organizing tours. Scenic views by the pool and through the windows made our stay extra special. However, Basta restaurant turned us away twice, once for a private event and another for not accommodating us on a waitlist. the breakfast team was exceptional, balancing out the minor inconvenience. A memorable experience overall! 🌟

The rooms at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai are like a home away from home. The plush bedding, marble bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows create a cozy and luxurious atmosphere that made me feel pampered and relaxed after long days of work in the city.

The only thing I found less appealing was the touch panels for lighting, as I personally prefer traditional light switches. But I understand that others might enjoy the modern technology.

A special thank you to Hamdi for his exceptional assistance during our stay. the hotel exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Dubai unforgettable. the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, and the waiters, including Ebenezer and Abdel, provided excellent service. the hotel's amenities were luxurious, including a breathtaking pool and a central location close to the Dubai Mall. I can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay in a luxurious hotel in an attractive area close to everything we wanted to experience. Our room had beautiful views of the canal and the decor made us feel high class. The staff provided terrific service and we loved relaxing by the pristine pool. The food was exceptional and very tasty.

The price for the room did not include breakfast, but it was available for an additional cost.

They went out of their way to provide us with helpful information about the city. the room we stayed in was clean, tidy, and spacious, with a modern and artistic decor that made it feel super sexy. the stand-alone bath in the room was like something out of a romance novel, and the luxurious black bath robes added to the overall ambiance. the hotel also had excellent amenities, including a gym and a stylish pool where we had a great time.

My partner and I had a short holiday at Radisson and we were thoroughly impressed. The room had a super sexy, modern, and artistic decor that we both loved. The stand-alone bath and huge shower added a touch of romance. The concierge, Mr. Badawy, even greeted my partner with a bouquet of roses, which was a wonderful surprise. The gym and pool were also great, and we had a fantastic time relaxing by the pool. this is the perfect hotel to impress your loved one.
